Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost & Damned Priced
Those of you itching to head back to Liberty City on February 17 with the new Grand Theft Auto IV content, The Lost and Damned, better start saving your points now. Rockstar announced that the price for this new DLC will be set at 1600 Microsoft Points. It’ll be exclusive to Xbox 360 owners and is the first of two announced episodes.
I’m not bothered by the price at all. It’s said to offer at least 10 additional hours of entertainment as you jump into the role of Johnny Klebitz, member of the Liberty City biker gang The Lost. What say you about the cost to dive back into the world of Grand Theft Auto IV?

Yep. I’m going to find those damn pigeons and stunt jumps before this comes out. I’d like to start the DLC with 100% completion on the main story line.

I hope it’s that good to push $20 more to your shopping list this year, my friend. GTA4 has freezed for a while (as OXM has indicated, there are more people playing multiplayer on Battlefield than on this one) and we need the feedback from everyone that it will be worth it to go back.

Yeah same, I need to get all of the stuff done for 100%, then I’ll go through the story again (for the play time achievement) before I think about DLC. On the pricing – I think 1600 is fair if it really is about 10 hours extra play. That would be just over £13 in points, and I wouldn’t mind paying that if it was an expansion disc. Still, I think I would prefer to wait for a little reduction. Just because I don’t need to download it immediately.

‘m not interested because I was not a fan of GTA4 but I think that is a fair price. It boggles my mind how so many people cry foul anytime something is more than 800 points. It does not matter how large of an upgrade or how much content it contains, people are foolishly discouraging significant game add-ons IMHO.

Sounds tempting but I’ll wait on this. Should be worth the 1600 points if your a GTA fan. Street Fighter 4 will be out around the same time so I’ll be picking that up instead.

i never made it past the first mission in GTA IV i dont’ think lol. i just didn’t have the desire really to complete or continue to play.

I think the price is very fair for what you get. I’m just gonna hold out until I see some impressions or reviews first.

They’ll probably release a slightly reduced package of both episodes when the other one comes out – for those who can wait.
