Prototype, Hot CES Screenshots!
There may indeed by a gaming God looking down upon us because one of the titles I was really interested in has resurfaced. It sort of fell off the planet last year and I began to question whether or not Prototype would ever see the light of day and if it did, would it even be worth my time. I especially thought it was in trouble when the massive fail that was the Activision Blizzard merger saw titles dropping like flies. Let’s all thank the powers that be who decided to keep Prototype around. It’s always reminded me of a seriously disturbed version of Crackdown and I loved me some Crackdown.
I’ll admit the gameplay still has me in doubt but the screenshots released at CES this year are definitely cause for optimism. I had to put the gameplay footage from CES behind my fancy +18 age gate to protect you kids out there. Lay thy eyes upon thee if you’re old enough.

The pics look nice, but it seems that the game is only going to finally ship because a lot of money has already been invested in it. I would definitely wait for a demo or rent this one first.
