Holiday Gamer’s Guide 2008
Deck the halls with boughs of holly. Or rather let’s deck the halls with all kinds of games and accessories this Christmas! Have I been naughty or nice? I’m not quite sure but I thought I’d dissect once again the best of the best to wrap up and put underneath someone’s Christmas tree. You remember last year’s Holiday 2007 Gamer’s Guide don’t you? Back for more is the 2008 Holiday Gamer’s Guide.

What kind of guy would I be if I didn’t give you the inside look at this year’s games that I’ve either played or heard good things about. You want to do your shopping the right way don’t you? Let the Holiday Gamer’s Guide be that which guides you to the best gifts for gaming then.
Some of the games listed are rated M so be sure you know what that is before you head out to grab it. The ESRB rating M is for mature and contains content for those 17 years of age or older. (and sometimes I’d suggest even older)
Here’s an outline of what’s inside to help you along. I’m adding a page for Xbox LIVE Arcade this time since it’s a valid option for giving as well. The smell of Microsoft Points is in the air. I even threw in an Accessories slot based on feedback from 2007’s guide.

i’m currently playing Prince of Persia.
yes i downloaded it for the pc first ..i know.. i know.. i just wasn’t sure about this game. but its all looking ok. i love the fact that you can play it with the 360 controller plugged into my laptop. i’m still trying to find mirrors edge at a discount price somewhere.
and to all people castle crashers is the one and only game that i’d pay the 1200 points for. its just that good.

Does the Chatpad tax the batteries on your controller much? or Does it have it’s own batteries?
