It looks like the boys and girls at Microsoft are trying to bring out the holiday treats early and often.  Introducing the Marketplace Holiday Deal of the Week campaign that will run through the month of December and will highlight Xbox LIVE Marketplace deals for you to take advantage of.  Yes, they’re slashing prices on a few things to make them more appealing for you Marketplace stuffers out there.

The special print informs us that this deal is only for Xbox LIVE Gold members and will be available for only a week.  So each time a special deal is announced, you’ll have only one week to take advantage of it before it expires and the next deal is announced.  The good thing is that it pertains to all Xbox LIVE regions.

First up is the Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack which drops in price to 400 Microsoft Points.  It includes the Ghost Town, Avalanche and Blackout maps.  Get it while the gettin’s good folks.  And stay tuned for next week’s new Holiday Deal of the Week.
