NXE Achievement Unlocked for Xbox 360 Team
I thought this was pretty cool. The folks at Microsoft and Xbox decided to mark the launch of the new Xbox experience (NXE) in a unique way with their own special game and Achievement. It’s not a game to play but rather a moment that those working with Xbox were a part of. If you see someone with this Achievement, then give them a big shout to thank them for their contribution to an awesome update. Our very own, GreenLantern4, has it. (kudos buddy)
What’s interesting is that the Achievement is titled NXE08 Launch Team. Will there be an NXE09? It’s something to ponder I suppose. And no, I don’t think this one will be a viral Achievement. Here’s a look at the Achievement and its description. It’s not worth any points before you go on a “that’s unfair, they’ll have more Gamerscore than me” rant.

lol. Thanks. We had a nice launch breakfast where they handed out a bag of goodies and the achievement. We were all pumped as we watched the stats and word from the community as everyone updated to the NXE.
The word of the development of NXE back in Feb. is what made me eager to switch divisions. It was really awesome to see how the various Xbox teams worked together to get this from an idea to end product. We have been very excited and eager to get it out into the community and 11/19 was like an early Christmas to me.
As you know, my team worked on the Community games part, so please surf the games and give feedback on what you think.
