A week ago I posted an image I had received bearing the description “Every Tag Tells A Tale”.  I wasn’t quite sure what the image was but that has since been revealed to me with another transmission I received.  This time it came directly to my person packaged neatly within a box marked with the Crimson Omen and a description of The Last Day.

I opened the box and in it was a COG Tag.  It had “Property of the Coalition of Ordered Governments” inscribed on the front and a CSID#: 519404-VQ180-AO on the back.  It’s easily one of the coolest things I’ve received.  The instructions within the box said to visit www.gearsofwar.com/lastday if this item were found and to enter the CSID# once there.

After entering the CSID#, I found a really cool website with plenty of Gears of War 2 media.  It was put together very nicely!  Some areas of the site were unavailable and prompted me with a “COG Tag Missing” error.  I can only imagine what’s to come as we approach November 7th.
