I have to admit this is a terrible product. I have bought live since 95. I have went through the good and bad times with this series. I didnt want to admit it but I think its time for 2k.

All the new features in Live are good concepts but the gameplay sucks. Blocking a shot is shit luck because of the “spectacular animations” (my ass). I’d rather play live 08 because I enjoyed it last year. Well time to head to best buy to return this for 2k9. RIP LIVE!!!!

Wow where do i start, this game is all hype no substance, if I wanted DNA I would watch episodes of CSI. You cant do shit in this game like you could in NBA Live 08. That quick strike HA! I seen quicker moves on Mr. Burns. You cant shoot in this game even if you are the suns and the passing is awful. Frankly EA you did us dirty! This game makes me more upset then hearing that New Kids On The Block got back together. Well better luck next year!

This game is absolutely awful. The live play is such a joke. All it is is move after move until you get a step and lay it in. Bryant is over rated in the game, and the defensive play is shit. The players moves are robotic and there is no flow to the game at all. The game is slow and quite frankly it is a waste of money. Do not buy this piece of shit game. EA failed.

Finally EA makes a solid NBA game. 08 was a step in the right direction but no where near the competition.
