New Xbox Experience - Themes/Friends Channel
Much like the Gamerpics confusion, a lot of users were wondering exactly how themes would translate to the new Xbox Dashboard update this Fall. The crew at Microsoft’s Gamerscoreblog continue their inside look at the new experience with a look at how Themes and your Friends Channel will work. Themes are set to be dynamic now and will span across every channel within the new Dashboard.

For more on Themes and Friends check out the Gamerscoreblog’s recent unloading of details. You can check out a few of the screenshots around Themes here.

Yep, like I said… That dumb grey ground covers half of the Themes people have bought = That’s dumb too me.

Still no word on party private chat then. Also how come the original GoW theme stays the same when My Xbox and Friends are selected. Shouldn’t it change to a different pic like they do at the moment? Just some rhetorical questions, not criticisms. Any new news is good

I don’t like how the gray covers up half of the theme but overall I like the placement of everything much better. Looking forward to it.

now that i look more at it..the gray is taking up quite a bit of the theme.

I agree ’bout the gray, it’s taking up too much space! But otherwise I’d say the themes do seem really well implemented.
