Too Tropic Heroes
Happy Monday! I’m sure you’re wondering what the title of this post is all about. It encompasses three things that are important for you to know on this day. Pay attention.
I had a good weekend finally. I went to the theater to see Tropic Thunder and I laughed pretty darn hard throughout the film. Robert Downey Jr. stole the show for me with a close second going to Tom Cruise. Yep, he was in the movie along with a few other stars who I didn’t expect. It was a very funny movie to me. Robert Downey is having an incredible year. Every scene he was in, he stole.
Too Human releases tomorrow and I’m not sure which of you is excited about that fact. I left some impressions for you to read when the demo released and although they weren’t favorable, I’m expecting more from the final game. There is a trilogy set for this franchise but I have a feeling those plans may be abandoned if Too Human opens to a lukewarm reception.
One last note before I get this week started. There’s another Heroes Picture Pack available on the Marketplace. It’s 100 Microsoft Points and it includes gamerpics for Claire, Hiro, Jessica and Sylar. I’ll wait for a better pack personally. Well, enjoy the week ladies and gents!

Not a great Heroes pack - I like symbols, not faces of actors, for my gamerpics.
I was excited about Too Human, the concept seems great, and the story sounds awesome. But the demo made it feel… I dunno… too RPG for me. Too complex. I don’t like to think, I like to slash’n’shoot!

Robert Downey Jr is an amazing actor. He’s very gifted. He just loves rehab centers too much, hopefully less now LOL. Also, I won’t be getting Too Human unless I hear some rave reviews from friends and online.

Speaking of rehab centers we’ll probably all end up there if we play Too Human. I bet it takes some mad drugs to make it through the first level.

lol, Deac likes every game… Especially the poor ones.
Deac… You love an underdog, don’t cha? I want to see the game fail for many reasons, but mostly to see Denis have some sort of convolution reaction. lol

I didn’t get a chance to play the demo, but I really hope that the final game will be good. I plan on renting it from Gamefly.

Tropic Thunder was pretty funny. Tom Cruise was surprisingly good in that movie!
I am curious to read people’s impressions from the final build of Too Human. Sadly though, I don’t have high hopes.
As far as Heroes, I can’t frigging wait. After seeing the latest promo for it, it looks really good! I think they are going to pick up the pace way more than they did for Season 2!!!
