Dark Sector Demo Arrives
I always say ”better late than never” when it comes to certain things and D3Publisher obviously lives by that philosophy too as they finally dish out a demo for Dark Sector. You shouldn’t need a demo for this game after reading U360’s Dark Sector review which was a most excellent breakdown of the game. There’s also an equally awesome Q&A with Dave Kudirka, Associate Producer at Digital Extremes for you to read.
Those of you who haven’t tried Dark Sector, get ready to get your glaive on! It’s only $39.95 in stores now (and maybe even cheaper in some places) so it’s an even better deal.

Developed by acclaimed developer Digital Extremes, Dark Sector, thrusts players into the role of Hayden Tenno, an elite black-ops agent sent on a dangerous mission into a decaying Eastern European city that hides a deadly Cold War secret.
Attacked by an unknown enemy, he awakens to find part of his body altered by an infection that has granted him inhuman abilities; now he must learn to evolve along with his powers, to survive and to become a hero.

wow, I never realized this has yet to be released on the 360. I played the demo on the Ps3 a while back. Any idea ‘why’ the delay?

the replay value is low. unless of course there’s some DLC in the works.

I don’t know about “better late than never.” This game is well off my radar.

Just played the demo, feels just like GEARS of WAR control and movement wise. Think I may Gamefly this instead of Quake Wars.

probably because the game doesn’t have great sales numbers they release a demo now ?

that could be lawl. @Goon, yep many more games are using the cover style you find in Gears. i wish there were more glaive powers! i had fun slicing limbs and heads and bodies lol
