Ninja Gaiden II (US) Demo Next Week
I know all of you little ninjaholics are miffed at the Japan only demo arriving for Team Ninja’s Ninja Gaiden II. Fear not though because just as the game releases to stores next week, so shall the demo. Chris Paladino from Team GSB at Xbox posted details on its arrival by next week. So if you don’t see the demo by June 6th, then send threats of Tenchu Z discs to Chris.
I will say though that after playing the game for a few hours, it is extremely bloody and violent. This of course is in a very good way! I’ve already unlocked 10 Achievements for mastering various arts of kicking ass.

Wow, I just played the demo on my NOT japanese Xbox Live account… It’s amazing. It’s really more of the same from Ninja Gaiden on the original Xbox, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for.
The demo only lets you play on the “Path of the Accolyte” difficulty which is the easiest so I had no trouble running through the level they give you without dying, but there were a few instances where I was on the brink. Hopefully the “Path of the Warrior” or whatever the second difficulty is can kick my butt like in the original.
I was already planning on getting the game next week, but the demo really made it all the more sweet. Now I have some cool stuff to look forward to. Also, I’ve already played the demo through about 3 times now and I have a feeling I’m going to master the level before the game even comes out

What’s the point of releasing the demo next week ? The game comes out on the 3rd. I played the demo quite a few times already. I’ll put up a vid tomorrow.

Try before you buy. Actually I’m sure demos do a lot to entice people that wouldn’t otherwise buy a game to get it. I’m not really planning on getting this game but if the demo is good I might give it a shot. I’ve never played Ninja Gaiden before.
