Call Me An Analyst - What Lies Ahead?

How much more do these “analysts” know than the average gamer?  Are they paid on what they can “predict” or are they paid on who they get to listen?  Who pays these guys anyway?

Anyone can predict change in the industry and I’m willing to bet that it doesn’t take any fancy degree or any extensive background in analytical fields.  In fact, let me share a few predictions of my own about the console wars and various other things in what I’m calling my ”Call Me An Analyst” article.

What Lies Ahead?

The 3 categories I’ll look ahead to are Pricing, Software & Strategy and the Holiday Season.  These are what I believe are the key points when attempting to analyze the gaming industry.  So sit back as I am about to analyze and predict the next 7 months of the console race between Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony.
