Hey U360, How Are You?
It’s been a pretty exciting year so far here on the blog and show. I wanted to check in on my peeps to see how you guys and girls are. I had a pretty incredible reminder these past few days of just how amazing this community has grown to be. All of you checking in from Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, Canada, US, Thailand, Spain, Japan, China, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Indonesia and all other parts of the world have been my motivation. I’m hoping to do some more exciting things to keep you all tuning in, commenting, participating and having fun.
It’s so common in the blogosphere to simply post away and keep hammering the community with news, articles and such with no real regard to how the community is doing but that’s never been what I’m about here. So how’s everything going out there? Family okay, school okay, pets okay, life okay?

Congrats Reaper!!! My wife and I have a daughter too . She’ll be 4 in June and she’s a handful!!
Can’t complain, I reserved a copy of GTA IV yesterday and I’m really excited to see what that’s like. Multiplayer sounds fun.

Started the new job in Jan. Could use a raise, I’m just thankful I found a room mate I knew from high school… otherwise the bills would be too much. But it’s a start.
Working in the IT department at a tax firm, 5 more days of everyone here being stressed to their wit’s end, then it should come down. This summer the IT department plans a huge upgrade to SAN & blade servers, will be geeky fun.
My own little WinBreak.com has been doing really well… I get impressive traffic, considering how sparsely I update. I want to dedicate more to that, but as tax season has come crashing down on me it’s been harder to want to look at a screen after I get out of work!
I’ve VERY recently started writing again (I’m an English major, contrary to my current career!) in my tiny bits of free time. It feels good.
No “special someone” in my life, but I’ve been setting a few long term goals, both career and personal, including talking a girl from home into possibly moving to Eastern PA with me… but really, the weather’s getting nice and I’m feeling alright – that’s all that matters to me.

See, this is why I enjoy this community. You really care.
Every day that I wake up is a great day! A few bumps in the road, but all things considered, I am doing great.

I just found out I tore my rotator cup in my left shoulder. I guess that’s what happens when you get old. Things could be worse I could start going bald.
April 11th, 2008 at 4:52 am
you have no chance of going bald dude.

I haven’t been doing much gaming the past couple of weeks, due to a hectic schedule, which is always a bummer. On top of that I leave for China next Saturday (4/19) for two weeks, which is always a bit of a chore. While it can be fun at times, it’s not the easiest to be away from my “normalcy”.
My wife and I celebrate 9 years of marriage next month and our cat is going to be 14 this summer. All in all, the shoedog-camp is doing A-Okay.
Speaking of “A-Okay,” how about this site? Kudos to Deacon!

wow China? awesome! have a safe flight dude.

I’ve been doing pretty well. I recently got the P90X DVD’s and must say it is the greatest workout program and well worth the price!
I also recently started posting over at Xbox.com again more. I haven’t been that active over the last two months as I’ve been practicing for MLG San Diego in June with my team for Halo 3.
Glad to see this site still going strong and hope everyone else is doing well too
