He’s an Xbox Ambassador and a professional seeker of hidden orange words. And now he’s taking some time for a U360 Showcase to let everyone in on his world.
Ready to see if this guy is as cowardly as his name suggests?

What is your life like outside of gaming?
I definitely have a balance between gaming and other non-gaming activities. I love playing sports. I play soccer, basketball, and tennis all on a team and I usually spend about 1-2 hours in the gym everyday. I do not have a job because I have school and I am not taking extremely hard classes, but I have sports everyday.
Most of the time on weekends there is usually a party somewhere or a kickback or something like that. That’s why I can’t make many of the Unscripted Nights because I’m usually where the party’s at ha ha.
How did you choose the gamertag die coward?
This story isn’t that exciting but I was at my friend’s house playing Halo 2 on Xbox Live about 5 years ago. There was this guy that kept running away from us and I just yelled out, “Die coward!” And when I got my 360 and was creating my Gamertag, everything was taken already and then I remembered that day and so I chose die coward as my Gamertag.
I’ve heard from people that they really like it and I’ve heard that other people think it’s stupid so I’m not sure which one to believe.
As the Co-founder, what was the inspiration behind creating the Xbox Ambassadors Podcast?
Well it all started by a forum post on the Xbox.com forums by Magaman. He came up with the idea of a Podcast by the Ambassadors to inform people about the Ambassadors and have fun at the same time. Check us out at www.xbapodcast.com.
You are pushing 70k gamerscore. How long did it take you to get it up that high?
Well I got my Xbox 360 on January 1st, 2006 so do the math.
How much time do you spend per day working on a game?
I spend about 1-2 hours on a normal weekday and the weekends change a lot. It could be gaming on the weekends all day or not at all.
Which leads me to ask - do you play for Gamerscore or Achievements?
I play for Gamerscore definitely. It is all about the big number on my gamercard. I do care about Achievements too. I always like unlocking that one really hard Achievement in a game to get the full 1000 points for the game. Also I like playing for fun too. I still play many games that I already got the 1000 Gamerscore on such as Halo 3, Madden 08, and many others.
Which Achievement gave you the greatest satisfaction to earn?
I have many. Getting 1000 gamerscore on Perfect Dark Zero took FOREVER. But beating Rainbow Six Vegas on Realistic was definitely one of the hardest ones I have gotten. That took lots and lots of patience.
What game character do you think is most like you?
Man this is a tough one. I think I am most like Kane from Kane & Lynch because I am strong like him and he still manages to survive even through all of the troubles in his personal life.
In your opinion what’s the best feature of Xbox LIVE?
I’m sure everyone could guess what this is. The Achievement system! I love Gamerscore and Achievements. I know people say that it is pointless, but it really isn’t. It pushes me further when I usually would have given up. I just love it.
Besides that I would have to say that I really like the Xbox Live Arcade. It is fun playing old classics and new games. Also, now anyone can create an arcade game by using XNA.
Is there anything you think could be added to the 360 to enhance one’s gaming experience further?
I would really love the Xbox Rewards to come back. The Xbox Rewards was a program by Microsoft almost a year ago that would reward people who increased their gamerscore by 3000 points in a certain amount of time. I think it is a great idea and it should come back.
Ok. One game. One shot. Who do you play against, what game are you playing and who wins?
I would love to play Peyton Manning in Madden 08. I would win of course, but it would be awesome just to hang with him for a bit.
Any parting words?
Thanks again for this showcase U360 and I will continue to represent this site through my Gamerpic. I hope to get more involved in the U360 community and maybe play some Rainbow Six: Vegas 2. Feel free to send me friend requests and I hope to see you around!

Cool to learn more about another Live member. By the way, I think that’s a cool way you picked the name!
