There were a couple misinformed ps3 things though, their DRM (I think) is really a great model to go by and I wish MS also did the same thing. I myself have been screwed on my games because of the red lights. but what really urked me was some of the dashboard themes that I paid for the 360 will not let me download again. And to me, that really gets me. All my arcade games work but only when I'm online. So that month when live was not fully functional I had nothing but issues with my games. I have 2 gold accounts on my system (Hubby and I) and then 3 just accounts for the kids on HD. I had to send my console in cuz I had gotten RROD. I had DRM issue and actually was in the process of getting new points issued to the two gold accounts cuz we both had downloaded stuff. Then a freak thing happened and the repair console I got back broke (our fault). So we waited a few months and then bought a new console tried to get those points that they were in the process of giving anyways from the repair and they told us since we bought a new console we were sorry out of luck and they wouldn't give us the points. We did recover gamertags and tried the re download of content now who ever downloaded it can play it but everyone else can't so yeah it's messed up I got burned on the whole DRM issue.
