Saint’s Row 2 Screenshots
THQ’s Saint’s Row was quite honestly the first sandbox game that I enjoyed. I’m not really sure why that is but I tried the Grand Theft Auto series and even True Crime but it wasn’t until Saint’s Row came that I found enjoyment in the genre. Saint’s Row 2 is shaping up to be a worthy sequel judging from TXB’s recent posting of new screenshots. Anyone else ready for the return of the gangstas in purple?

Saints Row got me interested in Sandbox games hands down… most involved game ive played and one of the first games on all consoles that made me eager to get out of work and play… “oh its a GTA ripoff” yeah i hated when people said that… this game was sick… hands down… hopefully part 2 has some coop action in it… Crackdown took sandboxes above and beyond anything ever…

Everyone should know that Saints Row was one of my favorite games. I cannot wait for numba 2!!!

I enjoyed playing the first one, I will surely pick this up. It was so gansta and even funny at times. I used to say “Rolling with row” all the time when enjoying this title..

I wanted to buy the first one used last week, but it’s STILL like $27 at Gamestop! Gonna have to look on ebay to see if it’ll ever have a price drop!

Yo Deacon, is Team Xbox down, because the link is not working for me. I even tried just going to teamxbox.com and that failed to work as well.
Anyways, I was truly impressed with Saints Row as it was their first game in competition to the quite a few of Grand Theft Autos that are out there.
It was kind of funny because I, at first, was A GTA fanboy and didn’t want to have anything to do with rival competition. But with a deal that EB games had going to trade two games in and get one for $10 (maybe it was $20) I decided to pickup Saints Row.
From the moment I put that bad boy in I was amazed from start to finish. Of course you’ll have those few things that annoy you which are apart of every game, but overall the game was fantastic.
Definitely going to pick up Saints Row 2. But first, I just need to finish that damn multiplayer in the original. This was really the only thing I didn’t like because of the glitching players in there all the time. And the fact that all the people now that play are really, really good. Oh well I’ll get those achievements sooner or later.

I never really liked the GTA games either but for some reason, I liked Saints Row. I’m looking forward to Saints Row 2.

See the U360 community has some sense! Everyone is crying like little human baby’s saying it’s just copying GTA so it sucks. No one can just pl games and enjoy it any more they have to compare it to something else. People say Lost Odyessy is a great game but give it a low score because it does a few things like final fantasy a game they all love. Earth is strange I’m off to Mars, Peace Homies XD

Regardless of what people say, Saint’s Row was the evolution of the sandbox genre that people were expecting from San Andreas and beyond. Multiplayer along with a more involved single player game took it to the next level for me.
Funny, because I just got Saint’s Row from GameFly!
It gets me hyped both for Saint’s Row 2 and GTA IV. Because realistically, Rockstar’s not going to let someone out-GTA them in what’s essentially their genre, lol.

I loved Saint’s Row. I hope they keep the “Protect Tha Pimp” multiplayer mode. That is so much fun!
