Take a look at the latest media from Midway on TNA iMPACT!, the highly anticipated video game based off the fastest growing professional wrestling brand in the world and its flagship program TNA iMPACT!. They’re really quite glorious. It’s amazing how far gaming has come when you check out these screenshots.

To date Midway has announced the involvement of the following wrestlers from the TNA stable: Abyss, Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Jeff Jarrett, Booker T, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Rhino, Scott Steiner and Sting. A complete roster will be available closer to the game’s launch. In addition to the more than 25 wrestlers, TNA iMPACT! will feature a top notch create-a-wrestler system that allows the player to interact with game’s story mode.

best part of the game is the control scheme is supposed to be like WWF No Mercy.

That’s freakin’ ridiculous.
Now let’s all hope that it controls like WCW vs. nWo: World Tour on the N64… AKI’s wrestling engine is the best I’ve seen. EVER.
