My apartment got robbed last year and they stole my 360, the old Sony Wega TV I had for about 10 years and my wifes laptop. Luckily I had mine with me at work. What sucks is that we had just moved in and did not have Renter’s Insurance. I really do need to get Renter’s Insurance. Two years ago the people next door to us started a fire and we had smoke damage done to our apartment but no major losses except a closet full of clothes and books. Living in an apartment sucks. Why is it that my parents own two homes in San Diego with no education (they dont have a H.S. diploma) but my wife and I both have a B.S., M.S., and professional occupations yet we still can't afford one home in CA.?
