Epic’s Mark Rein has a little something to say about the noise going around concerning an upcoming issue of Gamepro magazine slated to spill the beans on Gears of War 2. This is madness! Or rather complete nonsense as Mr. Rein put it.

I’m sure there is going to be a sequel but it looks like Epic isn’t ready to dish out any details of what we all know is a certainty. Until they’re ready, all of you eager Gears of War 2 heads will have to wait.

I thought that it was somewhat widely known that GoW was/is planned as a trilogy, same with Mass Effect.

i just hope that gow2 has a better multiplayer system and co-op online. The co-op online was fantastic but the multiplayer… a little bit lacking in my respects

A friend is suppose to lone me Gears sometime. I’ve never played it and want to see what its like. At least I know to wait and buy two if rumors might come true now. I’ll have to hit some of yall up for a Gears tour if I get it.

One of the greatest games. It’s why I bought a 360. Be a shame if they did not make a sequel. Close out the story!
