Monday Morning Scripted - I Like #20

I can’t say this is the best Monday ever but happy Monday nonetheless.  We had a great show this weekend, a wow moment with Top Gamertags and a Redskins loss that made me smile.  Is anyone else excited about The Sarah Connor Chronicles?  Perhaps it’ll be something to replace my Heroes fix.  It looks pretty interesting and I didn’t think I’d be saying that when it was first in development.

What was the exciting news out of the CES keynote?  If you know, let me know.  CES isn’t really a gaming show so I don’t expect much in terms of gaming at all.  Xbox Live has over 10 million subscribers, LOST episodes are coming to the Video Marketplace and it looks like Canada is about to go Zune soon.

I have some reviews, Showcases, Report Cards and more coming your way this week.  Get ready!  We’re a week into 2008 already and there’s no time for slackers.

    I’m not expecting too much out of CES either, and if I had to take a guess I would say the new movies and shows from the marketplace were the announcement, but there is still some time before the show is over. I’m glad to see we have over 10 million Live subscribers now. Already a week into ‘08? Only about 51 more to go :).

    Happy Monday to you too, Deacon. I hope the Sarah Connor Chronicles turns out to be a great show. As a long time terminator fan, I would love to see this show made right and succeed. Sadly, after receiving a shiny new Xbox HD-DVD drive for Christmas, I believe that some anouncements made at this years CES are going to put the final nails in the HD-DVD coffin…Hope I’m able to pick up some HD-DVDs on the cheap when the stores are liquidating their stock. :)

    wow, congrats on making the list Deacon. As for the “Sarah Connor Chronicles”, I’m a big Terminator fan, but I have a feeling the show will fail..and will ruin the franchise for me. Sorry, but I can’t help but feel a ‘high school drama’ tone to the show similar to what they did by runing Superman with “Smallville”.

    Watched Bills Keynote last night, not a lot new, but still a few cool things to come. I liked hearing all the totals for users in various areas. I’m looking forward the Sarah Conner show, looks fairly cool to me.

    Wait is the “Sarah Connor Chronicles” tonight?? I’m a super huge Terminator fanboy, and this is actually the first Tv series I been anticipating for awhile now.

    Don’t forget that American Gladiators just started up. I watched the 2 hour premire last night and it was great. New episode tonight as well!!!
