The game is fun but I won’t buy it. I always seem to buy arcade games, play them for 2 days, and then never play them again. So I really can’t justify a purchase here.

I just might check this one out. I always wanted to try out a Metal Slug game but never got around to it.

$10 is a little expensive for this title. Besides, I have 1-7 in the Wii “Metal Slug Antholog”.

Yup, for only $40, you can get the Metal Slug Anthology (7 games!) for the Wii. It is a dam fun game, but 800 is a bit too much considering the Value of the Wii version…maybe for 400.
Maybe they could release MS anthology for the 360 one day ;)

Am I the only person on the planet who TOTALLY missed out on Metal Slug growing up? I’ve never played any of these games. I knew it was “contra like” but I read it was actually a ’spin off’ sort of game (characters are from the Contra ‘universe’ so to speak).

I might try the demo… just to say I have!
