It’s Monday and it’s New Year’s Eve. I’m sure we all have plans to either be in the friendly confines of church or out in some partying frenzy ringing in the new year. I’m not sure what I plan to do but it won’t involve enormous quantities of alcohol. I hope that none of you plan to hammer away at the beer kegs but if you do, then please don’t drive afterwards. Keywords for tonight are “designated driver” and “be safe”.
I hope the problems with Xbox Live are fixed so that the extreme geeks out there can ring in the new year playing some online games with friends. My little brother did get Rock Band for Christmas so I just might have a song and dance gig set for tonight. I’ll try to get the last show of the year out tonight but the holidays have been chipping away at all my spare time so it’ll be a challenge I’m sure.
What is everyone else planning to do tonight to welcome 2008?

Mine involved going to my Fraternity house to see some of the other alumni who I haven’t seen in six months or more. Then drinking (less than anticipated), then proceeding to my friend’s house to play Mario Party 8 on the Wii. Happy Happy! 2008: may this year be a fair sight better than the last.
