NPD Numbers November 2007
I know how you all like numbers and I came across the most recent NPD Group numbers for the month of November. The Xbox 360 continues to push out impressive numbers while the Nintendo Wii continues its amazing ride. I thought Nintendo Wii’s were hard to find?

it pains me to see AC’s numbers soooo much higher than ME’s…although it did launch a week later…great month for the X360 though

I agree with IRISHprik411 here, but not too upset. ME still sold over a million in 3 weeks which basically guarantees the sequels.

Considering stores get their Wii’s like once every two weeks, I always just have such a hard time beleiving those numbers. I don’t think it’s the demand of the Wii’s, it’s the short supply that’s CREATING the demand. I dunno… just wish that Nintendo would send out truckloads to stores, and see how many really keep selling out.

numbers are numbers they dont change. I love all my consoles equally but i gotta say the marketing for the Wii is right on.
Great marketing = great sales. look at COD4 & ME and the like. The demand is there, evident in mags, I-net, newspapers, and word of mouth. There was recent information they have doubled their employees to meet demand but they still have not caught up. When it’s hot it’s hot and that is just the way it is.
I am glad that there are so many gamers out there, no matter the game or console. Glad our generation -20ish and up- have so much input. We are the gamers getting others to game
