“Peeping Gamer” New Dash Feature

Slowly but surely the new features of the next system update are starting to appear.  No it’s not called “peeping gamer”.

Along with the new Xbox Originals service, the December 4th system update will usher in a new feature that enables you to see the friends list of your friends.  Yes, that includes them being able to see all your cool or not-so-cool friends.  Starting December 4th, each Xbox Live member will be able to see the friends list of other Xbox Live members.

If you don’t want to make your friends visible to the peeping toms of the world, then head over to www.xbox.com/fof now and enable the proper settings.  I never cared much for peeping Tom’s but in this instance I suppose a “peeping gamer” isn’t so bad.

Here’s a list of the settings you can choose from:

- Everyone (only available to members 18 and older)
- Friends only (available to members 13 and older)
- Blocked (available to all members, and automatic for anyone under the age of 13)

Pay it forward!
