I think it was on purpose, they caught so much crap for it before they probably are trying to 'stidestep the pricing issue when they can' (in all reality their skin should be leathered enough now to at least know they don't care about what we think on the pricing). That being said, in someways it's not a horrible deal, mainly this time around being that the songs aren't covers (they are legit) and you always have the if you don't want it, don't buy it option... “Oversight or done on purpose?
