Mass Effect Gold; Gets Collector’s Edition
BioWare fans and Mass Effect drones prepare to celebrate as the highly anticipated title has gone gold, and will be offered in a limited collector’s edition. Additionally, an exclusive bonus disc will be offered to consumers who pre-order the game. The bonus disc is available at participating U.S. retailers while supplies last.
I’m going to try to get the CE and run it through the Edition Examiner ofcourse. The limited collector’s edition will be offered through participating retailers, and will include a host of bonus materials. The Collector’s Edition will retail for $69.99 and will be available next month along with the standard edition. I’m guessing that Gamestop will be the prime location to get your exclusive pre-order goodies.

Most stores allow you to cancel your preorder or transfer the money towards a different game, afterall what do they care they’re still getting your money, more of it in fact!
Anyway, I imagine the CE will be a must have for me, as soon as I find a retailer that is selling it in my area.

Yes i know, but they dont probably, they only have the normal one.
so i have to see if they can get the limited too, i gues im going to call them tomorrow about it.

If you pre-ordered it through gamestop then they will make the switch. I just called my local one and they said no problem. Just have to come in to do it.

i live in teh europes, i dont know if we even have gamestop represented here.

At Gamestop, the Limited edition is ONLINE ONLY. It is not available in stores.
