It must be the year of the “themed 360″ as 300 fans who are attending Comic-con this year are in for two special treats. Warner Bros. will be hosting a special screening of the movie at Petco field for 6,000 conference attendees, all of whom will be entered to win one of ten (10) custom limited edition 300-themed Xbox 360 Elite consoles! Move over Homer and Master Chief because the men of Sparta are gracing the sides of the Xbox 360.
I really want to get my hands on one of these. Damn u Warner Bros. and Microsoft for limiting this to Comic-Con!

Aye. We miss out on a lot of things really, most notably community events. Though hopefully getting our own X07 type event this year is the start of a change there.

they are planning on a theme Rhyme. it just hasn’t been released.

Small correction about the Halo 3 Special Edition console: it is NOT painted green. The plastic is actually the “master chief” freen. The only printing on it is the fine linework. It looks much better in person than the pictures put out in the press release.
Another side note: the same team that designed the H3 console did the design for the 300 console, but they didn’t do the Simpsons one. you’ll have to trust me on this one
