Someone's head had to roll for the 1 Billion dollar mistake. Sad part is it's probably not Peters Fault. He is basically a PR guy. I doubt he was making the decsions about how the machine was built, etc.... The thing is MS had to have someone take a fall. Chances are MS worked with EA to make sure Peter Landed squarely on his feet in a well paid position. Now MS show the world/stock holders that someone new is in charge... etc.. etc...
