Monday Morning Scripted - Free RS6 Vegas
It’s Monday. You should know what that usually means. Monday Morning Scripted coming right at ya where I go over the weekend’s events, highlight what’s hot and look ahead to the coming week. I’m at home today because my daughter isn’t feeling well.
I saw Live Free or Die Hard (Die Hard 4) and I really enjoyed it. Bruce Willis was up to his usual as John McLane. I liked the pairing with the computer nerd actor guy. He’s really good in a comedic sidekick role. There was action, dead bodies, more action and more dead bodies.
Saturday’s live broadcast was great! I do have to apologize to the host of calls that got the busy signal. I didn’t cycle through the calls well enough to get everyone through. I’ll have to adjust for next Saturday’s live show. I should have a recap today of the show on Episode #41. The CEO of Konsole Kingz showed up and hit everyone with a lot of cool information about the Xbox Live Marketplace and the events surrounding the 360 Queenz theme. The Darkness is an amazing game! I should have a review of that up sometime this week. The opening sequence sets the tone for a thrill ride. I know you want to read more but I have to save something for the review this week. I also tried Monster Madness and Ratatouille. Both were interesting games that I’ll have to dig more into after The Darkness.

Deacon, what was the running total on failures to success with the Xbox 360’s. After hearing caller after caller, I had to chime in and at least give a sucess story, granted mine is still new.

that impromptu survery was disappointing lol i think it ended up being 6 our of 9 had issues. the 3 that didn’t were me, you and the coach.

speaking of the darkness makes me a sad panda - it was my most anticipated title of this year after getting a small taste of it pre-release, but i have yet to buy it - no point in buying a game so i can just stare at the cover, *grumble*

Thanks for giving my daughter the shoutout for her Birthday!!! We really had a good time Saturday. It was “Dora the Explorer” day at my house but it was all good though
I wish I could’ve called in to the show. Just listened to the show and heard you guys debating over Madden vs. 2K8 and Coach and Konsole Kingz made good points as far as 2K8. I’m looking forward to this game and hopefully 2K8 will give Madden the competition it needs. I like the idea of an online tournament for 2K8 so Konsole Kingz may have to sign me up!
I’m still a Madden fan too so I may pick up both.

I’m glad that they’re both free; be super if those of us who bought the Red Edition received a refund, too, since the content is free/included on the PS3 version now…but oh well. Black Edition being free is still awesome.

I wasted 800 points on that RED PACK and only played the new maps and modes like once or twice back when they were released…Never let your friends influence your purchasing decisions lol. At least I learned now with the GEARS maps that patience pays off in the end.
