TRANSFORMERS: The Game Behind the Scenes
Here’s the latest from Activision and their upcoming title, TRANSFORMERS: The Game. It’s some behind the scenes footage with the developers talking about creating the game. Sounds sweet eh? Ofcourse it does.

Ummm yeah….CANNOT WAIT!!!!!
As an almost 30 year old……Transformers in the mid 80’s were one of my favorite toys/cartoons/comic book. I still have my Decepticon collection and cannot wait to be Megatron or Starscream…..even if they look like shizzle……I wish the movie and game had the old school look….but ahh well.
I want this game…..hope they don’t mess it up…..

yeah i wish the old school look would’ve been there too but i totally understand the “new” digs. can’t wait for the movie and game!

I agree….I understand the need to change things around.
I am, however, VERY upset that they didn’t bring Frank Welker back as voice of Megatron…….unless I am mistaken……
Peter Cullen rocks…..excitement level very high…..Deacon….you BEST bring your kid (s) to this movie…….

ofcourse i’m bringing my little girl! and both Peter and Frank are back at least to voice the game. Peter does the movie as well…but for Megatron, they dubbed Huge Weaving for voicework in the movie.

Well that settles it……both the original voices for Megatron and Prime from my golden childhood are in the game…I’m clearly buying this bad boy…..

Michael Bay should buy you free tix to the movie IMHO…..
The graphics look phenomenal and with the option of choosing from various characters which alter the story-line…..replay factor should be very high.
But
There is always that “doubt” that us gamers must prepare for any movie merging to a game historically has been pretty bad……if there is a God/Goddess……he/she will not let such disgrace touch the mighty Transformer franchise…..then again…they let Michael Bay touch the movie….so who knows…..

When i saw the video with Peter Cullen and he said “Autobots transform and roll out” I instantly reverted to age 10. I will be there day one to see it and Peter Cullen will do the voice of Prime but Huge Weaving will be the voice of Megs in the movie.

I wonder if the new Transformers are eco-friendly using vegetable oil…even the transformers need to worry about global warming LOL.

I wish the they’d make a game based on the original cartoon, but one based on the movie is better than nothing.
