BlackSite: Area 51 Demo
Fridays are usually a day to celebrate the coming of the weekend and some relaxation from a long work week for me. But I’m happy to say that instead I’ll be digging into some frantic action with a new demo entering the Xbox Live Marketplace today…BlackSite: Area 51!

You play as Aeran Pierce, a former Special Forces assassin, and you can lead your squad with one-button squad commands and control surrounding vehicles to dish out as much alien punishment as you can. You can do this online via Xbox Live as well. Co-op play FTW! The game is set to infest store shevles this Septemer.

Shooters are starting to bore me. BlackSite Area 51 doesn’t seem to bring anything new to the table.

I’ve always been very fascinated about the supposed ‘Area 51′ and i’m happy to see someone attempting at making another good FPS about it. I remember on the original xbox the Area 51 game was such a letdown in the graphics and gameplay departments.
Can’t wait to see it in retail.

I love both high and low budget FPS’, even ones with little polish, The framerate got a bit iffy during the demo a couple times, but it’s going to be an awesome game to go through I think.

I think the demo is okay. The framerate hiccups turned me off a little, but this game has potential. I will just wait and see if it gets better.

I liked the one that was on the PS2, but I didn’t like the feel of this one. I hope it was just the gun in the demo. Hopefully other guns feel better

The demo is fun enough to play through a couple times (plus it is short). I like the destructible environment and the rain looks good.

That was a way cool demo. May have only lasted a few minutes. But was awesome. I wonder if this is like a sequel to that old Area 51 arcade game. That was made by Midway right?
