So I called and got a warantee replacement. About 2 weeks later when i got the replacement, as soon as I turned it on I noticed some strange graphical glitches on some games. I apparently deleted the images I took of it, but best way to describe it was when playing saints row if i was driving a car, it looked perfect, as soon as I got out and walked - there were spears of polygons shooting all over the character I was controlling and all people walking on screen - it was really weird. I also had to have a pretty lengthy discussion about microsoft sending me a box to return it in - because they had just changed the policy in which they wouldnt pay for shipping to them anymore.
