Devil May Cry 4 360 Bound
Sony, where have thy exclusives gone? There aren’t many franchises on the PlayStation that have interested me over the years. There have been perhaps one or two that I thought to maybe purchase the system for. I’m surprised to be able to say that one of those reasons doesn’t exist anymore as Dante and Devil May Cry 4 are headed to the Xbox 360! I can’t fault a company for maximizing its efforts to make money…can you? What’s even more interesting is that it will be a simultaneous release for both consoles. Go Capcom!! I’ll make sure to keep my eye on this and bring you more as we near its eventual release.
The latest iteration, “Devil May Cry 4″ will take advantage of each platform’s hardware strengths to achieve the most stunning visuals in the series to date, and the introduction of a mysterious new protagonist will keep the action fast and fresh.

(side note) I know the interest in the PlayStation 3 around Unscripted 360 is high judging from how frequently my article about the PS3 Sitting and Not Selling is clicked so I plan to incorporate a little Sony’ness every so often to give my opinion on some of the things in the media regarding the subject.

Everyone should experience the awesomeness of the DMC series. I’ll definitely be on this game from day one as I am a huge fan of the series.

I finally had an opportunity to spend some time over the weekend playing on a PS3 and I must admit the system is nice. The problem is that Sony doesn’t have the strong momentum they once had with the Playstation and PS2. Long term I think the PS3 will be a success but I don’t think it will be the overwhelming success it’s older brothers have been. Maybe I am wrong, and yesterday I read in a major industry mag that Blu-ray disc sales are starting to over take HD-DVD (the mag was talking about the black XBOX 360 for those of you who believe everything you read
).
I think it is smart for the publishers and developers to multi-platform. The initial investment is more but the potential sales are also more. If developers can work out ways to streamline development so that code isn’t reinvented for each system then this is also going to be a plus.
I know this multi-platform concept dissappoints all the fanboys out there but for those of us who just enjoy a good game, it means independent studios may have more cash with which to continue development of further titles.
I would like to see a day when my Playstation, Wii, XBOX and PC gaming friends could even jump into a multi-player game together. This would be gaming nervana!

i just hate the PS3 controller, price, and lack of games…that’s really all. it is a nice sysem, it just has some flaws that make me not want it.

i think the controller is mostly why i don’t get into it. control means a lot to me and i’ve never liked the PS controller.

There are far too few games that I like/love/want on the PS3 I also dislike the controller. DMC4 coming to the 360 is great news for those who would miss it and shows Microsoft’s commitment to bringing more and more blockbuster titles to the Xbox 360.
I hope that with the release of Home MS has some big stuff planned for the Spring and Fall updates!

I liked the PS controller. It took a while for me to get adjusted to the XBOX 360 controller. They are really similar except for placement of the analogs
and trigger buttons and of course the X,Y,A,B instead of Triangle, Square, Crcle, and X.
I had my mind set on getting a PS3 but to me there weren’t enough games for me to buy one. If Sony had the same variety of games as they did with the PS2, Sony could really be successful. DMC is a good addition so well see how it works.

I never had any problems with PS controller, maybe because I’m used to. It’s only bad for FPS because both analog sticks are on the same axis, and the shoulder buttons aren’t exactly triggers. However it works perfectly with games like DMC.

I am glad to see DMC comming over to the 360. I will deffinately be getting this game.
I got a chance to watch a friend of mine play it on their PS2 and really like the look of it!
