I got a media blast with these new screenshots from the next entry into the Turok series. I don’t care if I’m the only one psyched about this game! I loved Turok on the Xbox. I may have been the only one but I really enjoyed it. Turok on the Xbox 360 is looking amazing!

Screenshots: Turok Next-Gen
A brutal T-Rex attack, terrifying dinosaurs prowling a dark cavern and the interior of a mysterious base are revealed in the latest screenshots from “Turok” courtesy of Buena Vista Games.
Showcasing the next-generation shooter’s varied environments, weapons and heart-stopping creatures, ”Turok” is scheduled for release on the Xbox 360 this fall. (also on PS3)
It’s been a long time since I shared one of these with everyone. So while you’re all cracking down on the latest demo to hit the Xbox Live Marketplace, Crackdown, I figured I’d share some interesting facts about Unscripted 360 again. Don’t remember part 2 of these?

Interesting facts is when I share a little bit of the statistics involving U360. I use a few different stat programs but this is the one I can get to while at work so this is the one I share. It doesn’t point out complete details like the one I can access at home from my cPanel but it does provide a few cool things to look at. It’s interesting to see the changes from month to month of what is visited the most and who is visiting the most. I usually try to grab at least the top 5 things in a category. I threw in a few new categories as well for those interested.
So take a look.

Microsoft is on full media blast with the coming release of its next operating system, Windows Vista. Even more important than the new OS, is ofcourse the new initiative Games for Windows. The entire OS has been built as a gaming platform and that means good things for people like myself. Sure you might say this has nothing to do with Xbox 360 but then you’d be dead wrong. One of the games under the new Games for Windows brand is Shadowrun, the first Live Anywhere title to pit Xbox 360 and PC gamers together via Xbox Live.

I want one! (and no I’m not talking about the girl) I know I’ll need to upgrade my PC in order to take advantage of games like Crysis. I’m still hoping for an Xbox 360 version though. Excited about the Vista release? Geared up for more with the Games for Windows brand? The guys and gals over at Gamerscoreblog have more photos from events in San Francisco and New York.
I wanted to give a huge thanks to everyone emailing me about the issues with Episode #25 and the feed itself. I had no idea the issue was as widespread as it was until I got home to check my emails and my Live messages which had around 100 messages between the two letting me know something was wrong.
I decided to address it as well with a quick episode. Call it 25.5! Enjoy. I had to resubscribe to the feed via iTunes and unfortunately, I think many of you will have to as well as iTunes treated it like a new feed.

I’m sure you’ve seen it but here it is for those who may have missed the official box art for Mass Effect.

Ready for more about the Xbox 360 and everything involved in it? Need help? Need friends? Just want to have fun? Head over to Xbox.com’s latest feature, ‘Get to Know the Xbox 360′.
If you look a little closer, you’ll see that Unscripted 360 is representin’ for the peeps. I wanted to send a big shout to TriXie and Xbox.com for showing some love to U360! Now, what are you waiting for? Get out and get started on everything the Xbox 360 has to offer…from community fun to all-night gaming events, the Xbox 360 is where it’s at!
What will the year 2007 bring for Xbox 360 fans? Will there be another 3 million title seller this year as there was with 2006’s Untouchable of the Year winner, Gears of War?
I’ll give you a rundown of my 11 most anticipated releases this year. If you’re an Xbox 360 owner, then you’re in for a treat in 2007. If you’re not, then you should head out to the nearest retail store and hop on the train!
Halo 3 - With news circulating about the public beta of Halo 3, I believe the ball is just starting to roll with Halo 3 mania. What will the Master Chief aim to do in what has been billed as his final chapter? New weapons. New vehicles. It’s the story of Halo with the power of the 360 behind it and it will surely be a sight to see and an event to play. And I know everyone is itching to find out about this ‘X’ button that changes the way we play right?
BioShock - It was a dark, lonely night when I downloaded the BioShock trailer from X06. Since then, I’ve been counting the days until I would have the chance to play this underwater epic. 2K has already gone on record saying their focus is completely on delivering an outstanding single campaign/story. It better be one hell of a story to please all the multiplayer heads out there who won’t get to go head up against anyone on Xbox Live.
Where are the Fable fans? I have to admit I did enjoy the first one and am looking forward to the second. With that said, the development team behind Fable 2 decided to share ‘a little something’ with fans the other day. What is the purpose of this? Can you storm the castle? Can you own it?
Head over to Lionhead Studios to see the full image and speculation around it.

Yes it’s Monday and you should all know what that means. It’s time for Monday Morning Scripted. This is when I recap the weekend’s events and go over what’s hot in the community at present. So let’s get to it.
The Colts and Bears are headed for the showdown in Miami. I’m happy for Peyton Manning and happy for the history the game will represent for Lovie and Tony D. My Mavericks beat the Heat. I love Wade but the refs give him way too many calls. Dirk for MVP…Josh for the All-Star squad!
If you listened to Episode #25, you’d know that Heroes makes its return tonight! Yep, I’m excited about that. I can’t wait! I want to know is Eden is really dead. What’s up with Peter? Was it too many powers that did him in? Is Jessica going to come out and kill the cops? We’ll find out tonight. And I’ve checked…no Heroes on the Video Marketplace yet.
Again for those who missed it, the Crackdown demo hits the Xbox Live Marketplace tomorrow. No this demo will NOT include the Halo 3 Beta code invitation.
What are the hot topics right now?
- BioShock w/no multiplayer
- The Spam Law - new Xbox 360 Law
- The Big Box Project
- Vid of a homebrew “tilt controller”
Well those are a couple of things going on about that I wanted to mention. Enjoy the week and get ready for Episode #26.
Are you ready to find out if you were selected for the Halo 3 Beta? If you head out to Halo3.com, you’lll see that notification emails are being sent out this week for Phase One winners. I’ve seen a few people here and there already having received their notification but it looks like the bulk of people will start receiving emails this week.
According to the site, “Phase one registration is now closed. If you have been selected to participate, congratulations and stay tuned for an email notification on the week of January 22-26, 2007.”

Are your fingers crossed or are you simply waiting for the Crackdown route?
