The Untouchable Awards 2006
I’d like to welcome everyone to the first of Unscripted 360’s Untouchable Awards. These ‘Untouchables’ showcase what I feel were the games or ideas that simply had no equal in 2006. These are just my opinions and my selections. You may have your own picks but hey, these are mine so sit back and enjoy.

Oh, I thought these would be community awards. Nothing scandalous here at all.
At any rate…I agree with most everything except Game of the Year should have been Oblivion over GoW. Let GoW settle for the online award just like they did at the Spike TV awards. A poor dumb shooter should not be able to top an all emmersive virtual world game like Oblivion. Best game should never be a simple popularity contest.

Very good picks.
I still have to try out Marvel Ultimate Alliance. I heard from a few of my friends that it was really good, especially coop of course.
Gears of War has some really good coop too, I had/have a lot of fun playing it with some of my best friends. I wouldn’t call Gears of War a “poor dumb shooter” though. But that’s your opinion, so I’m not going to argue with you about it.

Small Arms has been loads of fun as well…thanks for stickying my guide on it…haven’t really tried Marvel…probably should.

I, personally thought Test Drive was great, the sheer scope of it elevates it to best racer of 2006 for me.
