On10’s Profile of the Week - DeaconBlade
During the Lost Planet Summit, I had the chance to sit down with Tina Wood from Microsoft’s 10 channel, on10.net. Well that particular sit down just went live so you get another look inside the ‘velvet voice’ as so many of my divas put it. I appreciate the great work on the video Tina! You made me look a little decent so I’m really pleased with it. Notice the Xbox 360 Laws in the video…you better get up to speed before you get cited for a violation. (wink)

I’m not as exciting as Laura and how she brought the sexy back to the Xbox 360 so don’t expect me to get jiggy with it in the video. I hope you all enjoy a little more of me mixing it up in this crazy gaming industry.

Wow, it’s great to see you continue to grow your name and now face recognition in the community. The burning question on my mind is with your rapid rise to fame in the community, when are you going to start making this a career? You are one of the finest independant journalists out there and I am frankly suprised that you haven’t started your own business or maybe you have been already presented with offers from other larger media organizations.
I know this is something I would like to get into, and was hoping that doing the GhostRider’s Zone segment would help, but I find that I am just not as regimented as you are. I think the military background helps.
Well anyway, I see big things for you, just keep us little people in mind when you make it even bigger!

you guys are way too kind..but the comments etc are very much appreciated. i’d love to make it a career when the best opportunity presents itself.
and i’m not the type to forget where i came from
but we’re jumping the gun here…i haven’t arrived on any scene just yet lol

yea but you have the drive, knoweldge and people skills to do succeed with them. I do hope the opportunity does present itself. I consider you very much a part of the Xbox “team”, even though I know you are not employed by them.
