Tell us a bit about the person behind the console?

I’m a 26yr old Project Engineer for a family-owned contracting company based out of Orlando, FL. I graduated cum laude from Florida State University in ’03 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. I live with my wonderful fiancée and two cats.

I’ve been gaming since the Atari days, but the NES was the first console I remember playing like crazy. I’ve been a Nintendo fan ever since. I also love to tell lame jokes on the forums!

What’s the story behind choosing your Gamertag?

I was a freshman at FSU and my girlfriend at the time, for some unknown reason, just started calling me LosDaddie. I was pledging a fraternity and one of the elder brothers overheard the nickname and just my luck, I got stuck with it. When I was signing up for XBL, LosDaddie was the only nickname I could think of.

I’ve had the same GT since December 2002.

Good story.  Has the Xbox 360 experience been a good or bad one for you?

Great until I had to replace my Xbox360. Good thing I had enough foresight to buy the warranty. The games have thus far met my ‘next-gen’ expectations.

Describe your gaming setup and your routine for getting your game on.

Setup: 42”Philips Ambilight LCD HDTV  and 5.1 surround.
Routine: Not much other than getting into some comfortable clothes and opening a cold beverage.

Which title is getting the most playing time on your Xbox 360?

Single Player: Kameo…..and Dead Rising soon after.
Multiplayer:  NCAA 07 / Madden07….hey it is football season.

Kameo?  Ok.  There are plenty of games that people simply wish they never had played.  Which is yours?

Conker for Xbox1. Maybe I hyped the game too much, but I struggled to even finish the single player game. Being a huge platformer fan, that was the first time this had happened to me.

Online play was fun, but not enough to keep me interested.

We need a Conker 360.  What’s your most anticipated yet to release 360 title?

Most anticipated? Halo3, easily. I expect it to rule my XBL play-time until either Halo4 or the next Xbox launches. Gears of War is a close second because of all the co-op features. I’m a big co-op fan.

What’s the best feature on the Xbox 360 in your opinion?

Custom soundtracks. Games like Madden, Geo Wars, GRAW (online), Burnout, Fight Night, etc. as so much better now because I don’t have to listen to the same music over & over again.

Would you like to see the Xbox 360 offered in different colors beyond simple faceplates?

Oh yes. I’d love to see a blue or clear Xbox360.

Do you plan to purchase any of the new Xbox 360 accessories…Live Vision Camera, HD-DVD and others?

The Live Vision Camera is a definite buy for me. I just don’t know when….possibly when Rainbow Six drops.

I’m still on the fence with the HD-DVD drive. I do want it, but I may wait for the inevitable hybrid blu-ray / hd-dvd players that will come out. I’m dying for new HD-content, so I may not be able to wait.

How do you feel about the Marketplace and what it’s offered so far/may potentially be?

Marketplace has been amazing thus far to me. Come on, having E3 06 content (demos, hi-def trailers) blew my mind….and actually convinced one of my friends to buy an Xbox360 that week.

With XNA released to the masses, I can only see a very bright future ahead. I’m stoked about playing some homebrewed games soon.

Gamerscore or Achievements?  Which do you play for?

I view them as one in the same and I don’t really play for either. I do try to get all the points out of my games though. ST TheKing here I come!

Good luck with that.  How do you feel about the recent announcement of a 1080p software Fall update soon?

Furious that I do not own a 1080p HDTV!!  I just hope I can find an HDTV that accepts a 1080p signal over component when I go looking in about 2 years…..that is unless MS releases an HDMI cable for the Xbox 360.

What else would you like to see updated or added in the Fall 360 update?

Fully customizable themes.

Is there any one thing that you think the Xbox 360 does better than its competitors?

Online. Xbox Live sets the standard for online console gaming.

Ok.  One game.  One shot.  You against Bobby Bowden.  Who wins and what game are you playing?

It would have to be NCAA 07 and I would definitely lose to a legendary coach like Bobby Bowden. Nothing beats experience when it comes to football.
