Backward Compatible Xbox List Update
Many fans have been clammoring for some attention to the list of backward compatible titles for the Xbox 360. Well feast your eyes upon the August 2006 BC Update. Everything new or updated has been marked for your convenience.

Sorry guys but the more MS puts the crappy games on the list. The more people will not take the BC feature seriously.

Well I finally got rid of Burnout 3, arguably the best in the series, as I thought it would never show up on the BC list. I am glad to see that it, along with several other titles people have been screaming about, has finally been added. I am just going to have to go back out and get another copy. I am almost through Burnout Revenge so than I can go back and finally complete Burnout 3. It’s just too bad there wasn’t some way to add minor achievements to the 360 for completing a classic XBOX game. I know the games are not achievement aware so I’m just dreaming of a perfect world.
In general though the BC list becomes much less relevent as time passes and the 360 library increases in size. There will always be a desire to play an older game for nostalgia sake (as is the case with so many arcade titles) but classic XBOX games aren’t that old and with so many new 360 titles coming out who has time anyway?

I’m so over Backwards Compatibility that I feel like throwing away all of my last generation equiptment.
