Stephen Baer, Senior Product Manager w/Atari, hinted at an announcement in a recent interview with U360 and well announce it they did.
Atari announced today that on August 24th, yes tomorrow, a new Test Drive Unlimited demo will hit the Marketplace has hit the Marketplace featuring stunning new vehicles, new challenges, longer play time and a host of other enhancements to give gamers a tantalising taste of racing reinvented. No time for the release was set.

Ehh… the demo is all right. The motorcycle is cool, but all the online races are all on circle tracks. It’s improved visually, but not a huge step or anything.
