I didn’t get to see Ricky Bobby! I was too busy I suppose but I’ll head out during the week hopefully to see it. It racked in over $40 million and claimed the top spot. Will Ferrell is hilarious..”Help me Tom Cruise!”.
I found out that Nip Tuck is debuting in a month…now THAT is my show! I can’t wait.
Are there any video editing fans around here? I have Magix Movie Edit Pro 11 and it’s amazing. You can create your own HD-DVD movies! I may run a contest for an additional copy of the software that I have depending on if there are a large # of video editing fans here at U360.
I was invited to Xbox Live Radio for an interview with them so I hope that goes well. I’ll post a link to that once they conduct the interview of me.

I set up the video editing suites here at work several months ago. Being an all-Apple shop naturally we use the Apple Final Cut Studio. The software supports both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray. We have not yet purchased a burner for either format yet though. Likely we will soon have both in-house and ready to go.
Deacon could you maybe round up some info about the upcoming Kameo Power Pack and post your findings? Most curious to me is the fact the downloadable content will have a fresh new 15 achievements. Is this yet another example of MS deception, regarding the 1000 limit per title? If so did nobody tell Oblivion about it? I’m am all for additional bonus achievements with downloaded content but we were all expressly told it would not happen.

Maybe it’s MS Game Studio’s way of compensation for shafting Rare on the $49 price thing while Epic was for some reason exempted for it.

note: the new achievements for Kameo won’t carry points just like the last round of additional achievements added to Kameo so the 1000 limit is still in tact

Great, more 0 point achievements coming our way. I was pretty sure the game shipped sub-1000 and the later added multiplayer functions made up the difference though.

On a different note, i have 1600 MS points to spend and i have no clue what to get
i sorta want arcade games, but i dont want to waist the points…do you guys have any suggestions?

All a matter of what you like. I loved Galaga, liked Frogger and will buy Pac Man in a few days. Texas Hold Em is soon coming as well. Lots of people liked Cloning Clyde but I boycotted it based on a still unpatched Outpost Kaloki X by the same developer.

hmm….Thanks for the suggestion. im thinking i might want to save the points for Small Arms, i heard some were that it might be like 1200 MP tho, but maybe thats just a rumor…

it’s no rumor. 1200 points for Small Arms
at least the last word said so.
it seems like a good choice though. should be interviewing the guys behind it this month so stay tuned for that.
