Gears of War CE Booklet?
Images of the Gears of War Collector’s Edition booklet have seemingly popped up for all to see. You can count me in on the Collector’s Edition!

Im gonna pre-order the CE too. I pre-ordered Halo 3 the week after E3….mainly because i didn’t do the same for Halo 2, so i had to go at midnight to pick it up, it was crazy. this dude even tried to take my copy from me O_o

I received this when I attended E3 and I sold it along with my Gears Faceplate on Ebay.

I’m gonna get the regular version, I just dont see whats so good about a booklet and metal tin. I bought the Oblivion CE and it was cool for 2 days after which it was redundant, I never even read the book.

I usually do get the CE versions when there is an option but after Oblivion I began to realize that I NEVER played the Halo2 DVD and to be honest I’m not even sure what is on that second Oblivion disc. If you look on the secondary sales market these “special” versions never retain value or sell at a premium like you might expect a “limited” edition should.
I think it’s time to be to start buying the basic versions of these games.

I learned with Halo2 that preordering means nothing here in Orlando, FL. No game ever sells out here.
I think I’m going to pick up the CE game just to look uber-cool when my friends come over!
