Unscripted 360 Episode 2
Another week…another show. It’s a pleasure to give to you…the second episode of U360. As usual, I’ve outlined the show for quick access to key areas and also listed a few things that I mentioned throughout the show as far as links are concerned. I hope you guys/gals enjoy! I had some server issues…that’s why it’s a late afternoon release. And that prompts me to make you all aware that you won’t be able to access the debut show from last week. I will get that back and up for access as soon as possible. But to those who haven’t tuned in to the debut show from last week or those who still listen…it will be unavailable until further notice. (I don’t anticipate it to be offline for very long)

Great show. 5 calls sound like it will be an awesome addition. I am betting the ignornace will be staggering. I am also looking forward to it enlightening a few fanbois about how the rest of the work view things.

Deacon…I am afraid I am going to have to take you to task on your statement that the MVP’s and Moderators of Xbox.com do not play favorites or single persons they deem unfavorable out for selective enforcement.
My evidence is well documented and few examples are posted on my site. I would call particular attention to this forum http://360advocate.com/index.php?showtopic=16 where I display just a few outragous examples of emails I was sent regarding posts that were either moderated or caused me to get banned. Case in point:
“FYI, attacking other members is against the rules. You have
already been banned for 45 days. Do you wish to be banned again for an
even longer time? I can ban you forever! Theres nothing you can do about it and complaining to Major Nelson and TriXie isn’t going to help you. I am getting tired of seeing you post on here.”
Now…after seeing that how can anybody in good conscience say that Moderators there do not specifically single individuals out on their own whim? I can tell you with 100% certainty that the actual post I made that got me the 150 year ban contained NOTHING whatsoever in violation of the TOS. I even submitted the actual screen capture of the thread to individuals at MS I thought might find it interesting. Sadly it fell on deaf ears and blind eyes. In fact this was mere days after I was selected as an Ambassador and I was making a concerted point to be on my very best behavior. I was banned due to a standing personal vendetta one or more Moderators had against me, nothing more.
You say there is accountability in the actions of MVP’s Moderators? Allow me to politely ask you where and from whom? Unlike a site I one moderated FaceTheJury.com and MySpace there is ZERO Moderator accountability as far as I can see. There exists no method of recourse or degress of grievences about staff actions on Xbox.com. There is no contact, no manner of seeing who took action, or even a manner of communication once you find yourself banned.

Once again I am very impressed Deacon. Ive been away for a while so I haven’t had too much of a chance to help out in your little community you’ve created here but I will deffinately become more of a “usual” around this community. It’s nice to see a well put together podcast that just starting out. Well im off to bed seeing it’s 5am here in pennsy. lol

Hey bro solid show, i like that music selection KING OF THE SOUTH T.I always a good choice for the intro music. But throw some E40 and Lil Jon in there. 5 calls is a great idea cant wait for that. Keep doing the Damn Thing !!!

Yeah good show, and improving too, I can’t wait to hear more from the playtests, I know some people hate EA with a passion, but I for one like some of their work. It’s all about the Dev team after all that makes the commitment. I mean, what more can you do to a sports game without getting put under fire for making it gimmicky?
