Gears of War headed to the big screen

Sort of…but not really.  Filtering news refer to this post by Epic Games’ president Mike Capps.  It seems the campaign is ready to roll out that will allow viewers to see the Gears of War trailer attached to several new Hollywood films.

If you haven’t seen the trailer, and we have no idea why anyone wouldn’t have by now, then you might as well see it on the big screen.

Fans of Halo 2 will remember how great it was seeing Halo 2 on the big screen! Movies it is currently attached to:

  • Miami Vice
  • Pulse
  • A Scanner Darkly
  • Clerks 2
  • Little Miss Sunshine

    Nothing big, but good i guess. Never saw the Halo 2 advertise ment in theaters though.

    well it was a sight to see. i’m anticipating that seeing Gears of War on the big screen will be just as exciting.

    I have not seen any game trailers at the cinema before, I know some cinemas round here were having some kind of tourney actually playing games on the screen i wish i had been there for that :)
