Host your own 80’s Game Night
In the midst of all the excitement that the community has experienced with the announcement of the “Summer of Arcade”, I think a small detail was overlooked but definitely worth pointing out.
It seems that a few lucky groups/individuals will be able to host their own 80’s game night courtesy of xbox.com and complete with lots of goodies to get you started.
From the press release:
Xbox 360 gamers that are interested in throwing their own 80s game night can visit www.xbox.com to secure a retro party-in-a-box complete with Microsoft Points Cards good for free arcade title downloads, pizza coupons courtesy of Papa John’s, and a gift card for 80s music.
And here’s an interesting photo of the kickoff event last night that may be the above mentioned ‘party-in-a-box’.

whoa! *bows* i told you, you have something going on over there. you can be positive while be \’eye opening\’ at the same time and people will respect ya more. that\’s always been my take with controvesy.

To clarify a couple of points: This is a VIRTUAL party in a box. You will get the codes, etc via email. This is only available in the United States.
